These bi-monthly Ward 5 Community Get-Togethers are an opportunity for our community to come together, connect, and thrive. As an inclusive event, it is open to any resident (so, you don't need to live in Ward 5 or even Summerside to attend). These gatherings, held every second month, will offer a welcoming space for residents to mix and mingle and exchange ideas in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
Please bring any of your favourite games if you wish. You can listen to me or play games.
A cake auction will be held (but you can bring cookies, muffins, etc.), and all the proceeds will go to the PCH Foundation. Parkview Seniors Club is an accessible building with a wheelchair ramp.

Social isolation is increasingly recognized as a serious health concern, and I believe these events can help bridge gaps by fostering new friendships and building stronger connections among neighbours. Whether you want to share a laugh over a game, discuss ideas for our community, or meet new people, this gathering is for you.
I am also particularly looking forward to these bi-monthly opportunities to update you on my role and duties as a Councillor, ask your opinion on items before Council or on items I like to bring to Council and hear your concerns.
